FAQ
- Where do the posts come from?
- Real clients posting publicly that they need a videographer. We find those jobs, city by city, and point you to the original post.
- Do you gate contact details?
- Public cards show a one-line gist only — no names or emails. Open Post shows a muted Summary (still no names or contact; falls back to the gist when muted copy is missing). The full brief with how to reach them, and the link to the original public post, are for members with Site Access (£5) or the Daily Brief (£12).
- What's free?
- Browsing the latest jobs in every city — city, type, gist, and when it was posted. Open Post shows a muted Summary with no names or contact. The full brief and the original-post link need a plan.
- What does £5 a month get me?
- Site Access: full access to every post we list across all cities. Simply create an account, choose this plan, pay with Stripe. You can change your membership type or cancel at anytime.
- What does £12 a month get me?
- Don't want to keep checking for new jobs? We'll email you work as it arrives. You pick the cities and job types, so every notification is worth opening. Open Post included. Simply create an account, choose this plan, pick cities and types, then pay. You can change your membership type or cancel at anytime.
- Can I change plan or cancel?
- Yes. In Account, open Change plan to upgrade from £5 to £12, downgrade from £12 to £5, or cancel your membership at anytime. If you upgrade to the Daily Brief, we'll ask for your cities and job types if you haven't picked them yet. You can also manage invoices and payment methods in Stripe.
- Can I pick more than one city?
- Yes. For the Daily Brief, choose as many cities as you like — and the job types you care about — so every notification is worth opening. Change them anytime in Account.
- I'm hiring — can I post here?
- Yes, and it's free. Post your job and it will appear in your city's list after a quick review by our team. Public cards never show your contact details — the full brief (with how to reach you) is only for paying members.
